This page covers the programme terms, content usage rights, and payment structure. Please read it carefully, then complete the fields below to accept. Once submitted, we will send your gifting request within two business days.
The programme
You are joining AUTEUR's creator partnership as an affiliate. In exchange for introducing AUTEUR through your custom ShopMy link, you earn commission on the sales you generate. All tracking is handled by ShopMy.
Commission structure

Tier promotions and demotions happen automatically on the 1st of each month, based on the prior 60-day volume. Commissions and bonuses are paid monthly through ShopMy.
What we ask of you
- One launch post about AUTEUR within 21 days of receiving your gifting box.
- One further mention in each of the following three months.
- Four posts in total.
- The format is yours: reel, carousel, story, Substack, podcast, or YouTube.
- Content is written in your voice, from your editorial point of view.
- Every post includes your ShopMy affiliate link and the required FTC disclosure (#ad or #partner).
Claim guardrails
You agree to describe our products using only AUTEUR's approved language. Specifically:
- Do not use "cures", "treats acne", "reverses ageing", or "FDA approved".
- Do not make comparison claims against competing brands.
- Do not use "doctor recommended" unless AUTEUR has verified the doctor as a partner.
- Use "improves the appearance of", "supports", or "helps" in place of medical language.
Content usage rights
By taking part, you grant AUTEUR a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable licence to use, reproduce, edit, modify, distribute, and display any content you produce featuring AUTEUR products, for any commercial purpose. This includes, without limitation:
- Paid digital advertising on Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
- Organic distribution on AUTEUR's owned social channels.
- Email marketing.
- Website use, including landing pages and product pages.
- Out-of-home and print advertising.
- Partnership Ads, Spark Ads, and Branded Content Ads run from your own social handles.
In consideration for these rights
- Your standard commission on every tracked sale.
- A per-piece fee of $100 for each piece of AUTEUR related content that AUTEUR formally activates in paid advertising rotation. This is paid monthly through ShopMy, for pieces activated the prior month.
You retain ownership of your original content and may continue to use it for your own non-competing purposes.
Off-boarding
Either party may end the partnership at any time in writing. Reasons for AUTEUR initiated off-boarding include: two claim violations within 60 days; 60 consecutive days with no orders and no content; or promotion of a directly competing skincare product within 30 days of an AUTEUR post.
Your earned commissions through the last completed sales cycle will always be paid.
