No, rewards points never expire. They will remain in your account until you choose to redeem them.

Log into your account, and look for the "points balance".

While logged in, visit your account page. Under your current points balance, there is a link to "redeem points". This will invite you to a page where you can add items to you order using points.

Members receive 1 point for every $1 USD spent on auteur.com, excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts. For purchases completed in alternate currencies, these are converted using current conversion rates. 

There is no minimum amount of points required for redemption, however enough points must be available to redeem for the desired gift.

Points are only able to be redeemed for the items listed on the Rewards Page - but check back, as gifts update frequently.

If multiple accounts were created by accident, clients may contact rewards@auteur.com team to request a merge.

No, points are non-transferable between clients.
