  • Morning, and throughout the day as needed
  • Apply 3-4 drops by pressing into skin 15 minutes before sun exposure, and reapply after swimming or heavy perspiration

Is Definitive Sun Drops suitable for oily or breakout-prone skin?

This are lightweight oil texture, and use non-comedogenic lipids such as jojoba oil. These ingredients support barrier health and deliver a refined, non-greasy finish - however as they are an oil format, they may not be suitable for very oil-rich or acne prone skin types. Those who are uncertain may choose to patch-test first.

How much should I use?

For optimal protection, apply generously: apply 3-4 drops and press into skin across the face. Add an additional 1-2 drops for the neck and décolleté. Using less can significantly reduce the level of protection. Always reapply after swimming, perspiring, or prolonged sun exposure.

Should I apply Sun Drops before or instead of my cream?

Sun Drops should be applied after serum, but before a cream. If your skin feels comfortable and hydrated, Sun Drops may replace your cream during the day. The UV filters in Sun Drops work to their full potential when they are able to absorb into the skin. When applied over a cream, some absorption may be compromised.

Can I mix Sun Drops with my cream or serum?

We recommend applying Sun Drops as a stand alone product, not blended into other formulas, to ensure the SPF is evenly distributed and fully effective.

Will it leave a white cast or residue?

No. Definitive Sun Drops uses advanced modern UV filters with transparent textures, leaving only a refined finish on the skin.

Does it protect against UVA as well as UVB?

Yes. With an in vivo SPF rating of 55.5 and a UVA Protection Factor (UVAPF) of 18.7, Sun Drops provides broad-spectrum protection against both UVB rays (which cause burning) and UVA rays (which accelerate aging).

Can I use Sun Drops year-round?

Absolutely. Daily UV exposure—whether direct or incidental—is one of the main causes of premature skin aging. Sun Drops provides high-performance protection in every season, under both strong sun and everyday light exposure.

Does it work well under makeup?

Yes. The weightless finish was engineered to act as a primer-like base, so foundation and other makeup apply smoothly on top.
